The sound of the Mark Uncle Band is deeply rooted in an era of British and American rock musicians, who revolutionised the history of music forever. The songs and atmospheres they interpret during live performances and radio broadcasts (e.g. the famous “Area Protetta” on Radio Capital or the international artistic project “Isola Utopia” by Bert Theis and IAC) embrace the Southern Rock of the Allman Brothers, the latin rhythms of Santana, as well as more intimate songs by Joan Armatrading or Ritchie Havens.

But, don't expect the “commercial” habits of a usual “cover band”. The Mark Uncle Band expresses its love for music with a deep sense for musical emotions, never trying to tease the audience with an easy chorus, but surrounding the listener with an unusual sound full of melody.
