Artist Nairy Baghramian, who's work Beliebte Stellen/Privileged Points entered Mudam Collection recently, in conversation with Suzanne Cotter, Director of Mudam.

Installed in both Mudam and the Park Dräi Eechelen, Baghramian’s sculptures establish a relationship between interior and exterior space. In both cases, the environment-inspired coloration blends the sculptural bodies with their surroundings. The sculpture installed in Mudam’s central hall, and which recently entered the Mudam Collection, acts as an embrace of the museum’s vast, light-filled volumes. Two additional sculptures are presented on the esplanade in front of the Dräi Eechelen museum, their elegant curves punctuating the landscape.
