Mudam Luxembourg’s App for smartphones can be downloaded free of charge. It focuses on the museum’s permanent collection and temporary exhibitions and features an in-depth introduction to Ieoh Ming Pei’s architectural masterpieceas well as a virtual visit of the Parc Dräi Eechelen. Thanks to the museum’s free wi-fi connection visitors have access to a whole range of exhibition-related information by scanning the QR codes next to the works on display. The app’s agenda section makes it easy for visitors to stay up to date on the museum’s schedule and events.
Access / Visitors with disabilities
Except for the MediaLab, all floors of the museum are wheelchair and stroller accessible. The museum auditorium is wheelchair accessible and all visitors can take part in Mudam’s guided visits and conferences. 2 wheelchairs are available on request and can be picked up from the reception area. All toilets are wheelchair accessible.
A cloakroom and lockers for bulky items or items that may not be taken into the museum are available free of charge for admission ticket holders.
