DAVID DUBOIS
By conceiving of three by-products, David Dubois (1971) has opted for three aesthetic hybrid transformations of objects which recycle dressmaking, gardening and design.
Chênavélos
The Bike tree situated in the park is an oak-wood trunk placed horizontally on the ground in order to interact with the environment. It has two support functions which place it at the limit of the found object. Its principle function is for bikes but it also becomes a lifeline for plants which try to take root in it.

Banc-d’eau
The concrete Earth bench and the cedar-wood Water bench give Dubois the opportunity to introduce the essence of nature, cleverly camouflaged as seating, into the parameters of the building, thus confirming the crucial dialogue which occurs between the inside and the outside of the edifice.
