RULES OF CONDUCT

The Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean, Mudam Luxembourg, certainly aims to become a unique experience for its visitors. Nonetheless, one rule applied in every museum around the world also applies in here: It is forbidden to touch the works of art!

Those are fragile, of great value and we intend to pass them on to future generations. That is why our reception and security staff has been ordered to make sure this rule is observed. If certain artworks are meant to be touched, this is clearly indicated.

We thank you for your understanding and wish you a pleasant stay. Should you still feel the urge to get a real feel of the artworks, don’t forget that you are filmed.
