THEKAL & MELNYK DUO LIVE!

On 21 March, for “My Mudam”, the Vincent Thekal / Laurent Melnyk Duo will perform a jazz and experimental music crossover. As soon as they met during a jam session in Brussels, the idea of working together was a given. Both are adept in several styles, particularly modern jazz, and the musical complicity between them continues to grow. Strengthened by these diverse experiences, the duo has become a must. The two musicians aim to revisit the vast repertoire of jazz standards, which is their common ground, in order to weld their musical affinities even more into a contemporary vision, unafraid to follow new paths.
